Legion Of Bloom For drink:1 ½ ounces silver cachaca (Novo Fogo used here)¾ ounce lavender syrup (recipe below)¾ ounce lime juice2 tablespoons cream of coconut (unsweetened, pure coconut cream; not Coco Lopez)½ ounce Dolin Genepy2-3 dashes Scrappy’s lavender bittersToasted coconut, for garnish (optional)For lavender syrup:1 cup granulated sugar1 cup water¼ cup dried culinary lavenderTo make drink:Combine everything but the garnish in a blender with a good handful of ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.To make lavender syrup:Bring water, sugar, and lavender to a boil in a medium saucepan.
