Better Lavender BushThere’s a list of things that irk me about this game. One of those things is that none of the “lavender” really looks anything like lavender. They are just chunky purple plants that they suggest are lavender. Maybe we are supposed to squint. However, digging around in debug I found this bush. Clearly another lavender type plant but the shape is waaaay closer to actual lavender than the ones we were given. It still looked pretty obnoxious so I took it upon myself to improve it. I toned down the colours as they were pretty saturated, and tweaked the balance of green/purple. There are two swatches, one is darker and more vibrant and the second is inspired by grey lavender. I also removed the shadow that looms beneath it as it doesn’t look so hot when it’s scaled down. I’ve brought it out of debug but it still costs $0 because nobody should have to pay for plants. It is in shrubs and flowers in the build catalog. You’ll want to scale it down a bit as this bush is kinda huge otherwise. It is also base game compatible!Lavender is my favourite plant and I needed some for my builds so I could feel complete. Hopefully it completes you as well.
