vegan-in-japan: Soy yogurt (plain, no added sugar) that I’ve been buying a lot recently. I eat it with oats (from Gyomu), banana, (frozen) blueberries and maple syrup for breakfast. I also used it in my pasta salad recipe. I recently learned that this yogurt in the post above contains lactid acid bacteria of animal origin. I’m disappointed in myself for not researching this better because I used to buy this yogurt every week. I now buy soy yogurt by marusan instead which seems to be vegan. I’m sorry for putting misleading info on this blog! -- source link
