Here’s what I’ve been up to this week, haha.This sweet little momma calico cat showed up on the farmstead a few days ago with her SIX kittens in tow! Poor momma cat was exhausted when I found her out by the old milk house on Wednesday but after the first day of good food and clean water she perked right up and is already getting quite friendly. Her kittens are all still pretty shy but we’re working on it.She keeps moving them around the property (and over onto a neighbor’s place too) so taming the kittens isn’t going to be easy but I’ll try my best because I want to find good homes for these guys! If all else fails I guess I’ll trap them when they get older—definitely want to get them all spayed and neutered.If anyone here happens to be in the middle TN/southern KY area and is interested in giving one of these beauties a good home hit me up! There’s also a solid black kitten and a dark tabby with white I don’t have very good pictures of yet. -- source link
