The water felt amazing, and she couldn’t quite understand why her friends were still up on the dock in the heat. Tanya struggled for a moment and removed her clothes, with the old man gone they were the only ones on the beach, which while odd, made it the perfect chance for some skinny dipping. Her friends were waving to her, and Tanya gave them a confused look and waved back. She didn’t realize they were waving, but trying to motion for her to get out of the water. The group was watching Tanya, Alex had pointed out her ears after she had dove a second time, and when her horned head popped out of the water, the others realized that Alex wasn’t joking, something was indeed wrong.Tanya treaded water for a bit before the sound of her friends calling her name got her attention and she swam back to the dock. The others had the same ashen look of shock as the local man had earlier, and as she climbed the ladder a range of expressions crossed their faces. The group couldn’t believe what they were looking at.
