#TransformationTuesday roughly 3 yrs and 10 kilos difference. From skinny back to a little bit less skinnier back. I can tell that my back seems to be the hardest to train and get the mass into (and my legs as well tho’ ). I’ve told you before how I have battled against anorexia for years, how I eventually got better but stayed skinny and overly analyzing my eatings, then I got sick with emphysema and due to depression lost weight without really even realizing it. And that’s when I had enough. I started my long journey towards fit, stronger and healthier body, and mind as well! It has been rocky road, with multiple setbacks and bad days. But there has been also lessons learned, new strenght found, good days and huge steps forward. Some say you shouldn’t look back, but I beg to differ. I think it is good to look back sometimes and see how far you’ve come, how much you have changed, how much that hard work you’ve been putting in has payed off. Take a look back, see the results and difference and then, look forward again and keep chasing those goals and dreams you have.
