As a #spoonie I’m in pain a lot of the time, or just too tired from #insomnia to play all day with the kids, so I have to come up with ways to keep them entertained. In an ideal world we’d be rich enough to afford a nanny but for now these sensory activities help give me a few minutes to recharge! . . . . . We put salt and cat treats in various bowls that wouldn’t break and I gave the kids a couple of spoons, and an ice cream scoop.
