As I’ve got older I have found myself more drawn to decadence - to luxury, to excess, to utter indulgence… That desire for more - more sensation, more beauty, more eroticism. New morsels to taste, new drinks to sip, new substances to explore… to be surrounded by vivid colour, welcoming flesh and fine tastes. I have become more able to abandon myself to these desires, to drink more deeply of their pleasures, to lose myself within them from time to time… But, of course, it leaves me hungry for more… Well, it is my birthday in a week… -- source link
