To the people and students who made this experimental class at @rebelyogamanila possible three years ago, thank you for every kind word, every smile, every gift, every gesture of gratitude, and every single time you attend my class, words cannot express how appreciative and thankful I am. You have taught me how to be a teacher and I am still learning continuously and endlessly with this process! My yoga students often thank me whenever they finish their practice and leave the Mysore room and while I appreciate their gratitude, I often think that I should be the one thanking them. My students are honest and real and remind me of the good in the complicated world we live in. Nothing feels better than seeing students growing, improving, changing and balancing.
