3-holes-2-tits: This looks like one of PD’s creations. The hood has a zipper for the mouth, so it can be used, stuffed or sealed as needed without letting any light reach the eyes. It is laced tight, but has a zipper as well (for quick release?) Here it is secured with a collar that renders the zipper and lace knot unreachable. By the look of it, that collar could be secured with a padlock threaded through a hole in the strap and the ring next to the buckle. -- source link
