Her modeling career was brief but prolific, resulting in a huge amount of material that continued to be published for years afterward. The story went that she had trouble with drugs and the law and died in 1982 of a bad liver. But then… in 2018 a woman named Roberta Pedon showed up on Italian TV. No mention of her previous career, but people who study these things say the 2018 Roberta Pedon looks a lot like the original (but much older of course) right down to the teeth.
