balance - crown city rockers with a lot of time spent practicing and progressing, my flexibility and core strength is definitely getting stronger. with the meet creeping up, I’ve also looked into functional and athletic training to keep myself lean and limber, aside from yoga. lately, it’s been hard to really crack down on my own training with so much going on in too little of time fitness has allowed me to grow in so many ways and has enabled me to reach out to others who are either interested in learning or joining me along the way.
