fightingamazons: “Angelica No. 50: “Negli abissi dell’inferno”” (May 1973)(Angelica Nr. 50: in the abyss of hell) - [PART 1]I recently discovered discovered this excellent Italian fumetto. It has a very long (over ten pages of art) and violent catfight in there. Amazing what the Italian fumetti artists and writers dreamt up in the 1970s. Some rough knights force two of their female captives, gorgeous blond Ilse and beautiful brunette Rose to fight naked, but not only hand to hand combat, but with some very ingenious weapons, red-hot fireplace tongs. The knights prolong the fight by interrupting it twice when one of the women just seems to defeat her opponent. This makes the fight even more thrilling and exciting. In the end of this merciless fight, the winner kills the loser, only to die herself from the wounds and exhaustion. What a wicked fantasy this artist had.Certainly some of the best catfight art I have seen in Italian fumetti. Some of the text I have translated: p. 5: Ilse and Rose are forced to fight each other.p. 7: Rose is the first to recover and to attack! p. 8: Ilse is in trouble and tries to escape. p. 9: Ilse loses balance and falls on her knees! p. 10: before Ilse can get up p11: “This way it ends to soon! Let’s do something” “I know what to do!” -- source link
