[Definitely not a photo for vegans & vegetarians.]Limes have been on the menu this week because the weather has gotten significantly warmer here. It’s actually pretty insulting when you’re celebrating the change from -20F to 20F. Still freezing, but less, um, cold.Chimichurri has been the theme since you can put it on ANYTHING: steak, roasted vegetables, eggs, and even soup.
