casualbrainwashing: Normally after a month of in person brainwashing, they were pretty safe to be left alone. I had a small server of custom made files they would go back to, once a day. My control had become their life. Even if I didn’t let them remember it, their subconscious understood. They were nothing without it. Of course, I would still keep an eye on them for the first week. And I have to admit, the process still fascinates me. A few would deviate from the appropriate timing, but so far, none could resist for long. They would listen to the files. Reaffirm what had become their life. And then afterwards, so many would collapse like this. On their knees, or bent over. It took my a while to figure out exactly what it was. I thought might be despair. Regret. A repressed longing. But to my astonishment, when I emotionally dissected a few of them, I found something quite different. It was devotion. Happiness. A grateful, and apologetic genuflection to a god they couldn’t fathom. And relief - that they had repressed their struggle. That they gave in, and let their new life give them sense, and purpose.Regardless the behaviour would wash away over a few weeks as the suggestions and the programming took firmer hold. But it amazes me all the same. To see the waves of action and reaction that swells in their minds. To see how they respond to the never-ending bombardment of suggestions; surrounding and trapping their every thought. It only makes it more of a delight when they finally lose, and the waves inside their head quell and fall still.
