Submitted by GIANNI, Age 21, New York Poem My friends and family please forgive me this is just not where my home is Against the procured stigmas I promise I’m strong enough to be androgynous; Into the night I’m chasing my destiny Soon if I’m not dead I’ll be famous About: After leaving Minneapolis on his own, Gianni wrote this piece on the bus, as he was about to enter New York City for the first time.
