2019 has been a year of commissions, which has been amazing! For a long time I didn’t think I could ever be good enough to make a living of art - it might still be far away, but it no longer seems like an impossible goal. I think I’ve improved a little bit too. Maybe not a change as big as 2018 provided, but some things feel more refined (especially the last 4 months), and my understanding of watercolours is getting better. Slowly but surely. For 2020 I want to finally set up a professional oriented portfolio. Maybe even reach out to publishers and apply to be part of some anthologies (I actually have my eyes on one already, we’ll see how that goes). -- source link
