I’ve never really been alone. But my life is changing now, and for the first time, I’m mostly spending time in my own company. People say that you have to get to know yourself and be kind to yourself. I’ve always found it much easier to be kind to others and I don’t know who I really am by myself. So I’m trying to spend more time doing things I enjoy alone.
