Work 8hr/day 5days/week, 6day a week lift, gradually increasing cardio. I need this week at the beach desperately but still gonna try to lift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday cause I have seen so much progress the last few weeks. Deads are 25lb in 2 months and hoping for anther 15 before school starts in a month. Up almost 10lb since seriously committing to building muscle and I feel like I’m in a totally different body in the best way possible.
