I.L. STRAPPY HALTERSo there was a really cute swim top/halter top that came with Island Living, but it was only available under a jacket! It didn’t have a version without the jacket. I was kind of baffled because it was such a cute top, why not free it.So I took the front, separated it, combined it with a base game crop top and painted the details.
