makiruz:heroofthreefaces:quailfence:heroofthreefaces:[Image description: A cartoon in my MSPaint-based “triangle figure” style of Eda from The Owl House, on a field shaped as a page torn from a spiral sketchbook. Above in a handwriting font is a caption reading, “sketching between scrolling”. Below in a sanserif font is a caption reading, “characters I don’t know who live on my dash anyway #2/?”. To the side are three short captions expressed as questions, “witch?”, “lesbian?”, and “redeemed villain?”. End description.] In order:YesMaybe? All we know about her sexuality is that she used to date a non-binary person and still has feelings for themNo, that’s her sister Lilith(Ellipsis) Actually, now that I think about it, Eda DOES (”does” in caps) have the vibes of a redeemed villain, even more so than Lilith. In spite of the fact that Lilith is the redeemed villain and Eda isn’t. This prolly has something to do with the fact that one of the show’s themes is anti-authoritarianism and Lilith is introduced as a government agent and Eda is on the run from the law. I should note that while I was drawing this I had remembered Eda as being one of the two leads, which I’m now pretty sure is wrong No, she IS one of the leads. Also apparently she’s based on Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo; I haven’t watched Tenchi Muyo, so I can’t confirm Okay, I stand corrected, though what I actually meant by “one of the leads” and wasn’t clear on was, “one of the lead romance’s lesbian couple”, on which I welcome any futher elucidation. -- source link
