As a necromancer whose job is to reanimate the corpses of the recently deceased to help them fulfill their last wishes, Raenelle is in dire need of a break, far away from this never-ending queue of grumpy spirits. When the deceased’s spirits somehow disappear overnight, throwing the Necromancy Headquarters and the kingdom into sheer panic, it seems like Raenelle is finally going to get the time off work that she wants.
