Rosters are my specialty. Honestly, this post will not even scratch the surface of this topic. But it’ll get you started. This is Mademoiselle Hypergamy’s Roster 101, a crash course for hypergamous ladies.ROSTER INTRODUCTION What is a Roster?A roster (or a “rotation”) refers to the men you are dating. Dating. A roster does not mean you are sleeping with multiple men at the same time. You are going on dates with them, being cared for by them, and building connections with them to see if they are potentially men you would consider to be your future spouse.A roster is natural for women. It is innate.  A Roster Increases Your Chance of Marrying Hypergamously.Sure, you can be a basic b*tch and date one random man for 7 years, only for him to leave you and marry the next girl in 3 months. OR… you can date MULTIPLE men until a man who truly values you makes the commitment to marry you. Ladies, you do not have time to waste. You must be brutal. If you want to marry hypergamously, you’re going to have to date and eliminate. Fast. Some ladies may hit the jackpot on their first try. Others might take a dozen tries. Nevertheless, you must keep on going.Stop wasting time with some random man who won’t marry you! If he didn’t want to marry you yesterday, and he didn’t want to marry you today, why are you still playing yourself? Loyalty = Delusion. B*tch, if you think by dating one man you are being ‘loyal’ and a ‘good woman’ to him, I want you to know that you are being delusional and loyal to your own foolishness. There is no “loyalty” to a man that is not your husband. Why are you being “loyal” to a man you met off Tinder who bought you a $30 meal once???? IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE.  Men Have Rosters Too. Sis, men are always looking for better options until they find the best one. Do not wait until he determines 10 years later that you are the best option for him. I promise you if a man finds what he is looking for and you are not it, he will leave you in a heartbeat! Limit Emotional Investment. I do care about you ladies, if I didn’t I wouldn’t waste all this time writing these guides for you. Now, the last thing I want to see is a good woman get her heart broken by a man who does. not. care. Having a roster will help those of you who fall fast and hard. You cannot be too emotionally invested while dating because men come and go. I know it’ll suck when a provider man you actually liked suddenly wants to end things, but you can’t be too emotional when it comes to hypergamy. HOW TO BUILD YOUR ROSTER Set a Clear GoalWhat is your goal in hypergamy? Obviously, it’s marriage, but you need to dig deeper than that. You need to be able to outline what kind of man you will accept for dates and which ones you will not. Be able to write out what kind of future you desire and what kind of man will help achieve it.Personally, I don’t date men who make less than 6 figures because realistically I would not marry a man making less than that. There’s no point in me dating a man I already know I will not marry.HOWEVER, that doesn’t mean I won’t gladly accept a man making less than 6 figures spoiling me  Play smart, ladies. Be VisibleGirl, I don’t know how you think your husband will find you if you don’t even exist. Stop being invisible! If you aren’t making the active effort to be out and about, you’re already limiting your roster. The easiest way to build your roster is to be visible. Whether its on dating apps/sites or in real life, make sure you are always visible! Go on Weekly DatesAs a hypergamous woman, the best thing you can do is get out there and go on dates. Make it a goal to try to go on one date a week, even if that date is with yourself!  Track, Judge, Eliminate.I’ve mentioned before how my younger sister and I keep each other accountable with our roster by using an excel sheet. On this sheet we keep track of critical information about each man (occupations, salary, interests, goals, # of dates) and if we are meeting our hypergamous goals. For the men who are just not making the cut, we simply eliminate. You cannot cling on to men who you have no use for. Now this doesn’t mean be rude or disrespectful to the man. Sometimes a man can be handy in the future.Use this method to keep yourself accountable, and to keep your roster on track. Have VarietyDo not just have one type of guy on your roster, have a variety (age, race, occupation)! Trust me, you’ll thank me later.HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ROSTER No Pen Pals!Bitch, you aren’t a f*cking typewriter, stop texting these men day and night for free. Limit texting, and focusing on in-person dates. Connections are made in-person, not through a phone. Limit AccessIf you have a roster, you will naturally appear hot and cold– not because you’re doing it intentionally, but because you’re BUSY. A man does not get all your time and attention until he has earned it with a ring! Keep busy, ladies. There’s “Only” Them. Girl, if you tell these men you have a roster/you’re dating other men you’re a fool. Don’t be stupid, men can be SO insecure.As far as they know there’s only them and no one else Reward Good Behavior. If a man on your roster is really stepping up, providing for you, and valuing you, then go ahead and bump him up in the ranks, sis! A man that is serious about you is allowed more privileges than a man who has not proven himself. However, if a man on your roster begins to slack, revoke access and knock his rank down. You Are ALWAYS the Prize! Only the best man will receive the highest honor of being able to call you his wife.
