dalhyp: A friend gave Ralph some music to listen while he exercised after Ralph commented on his friend’s muscular gains and new spandex fashions. Ralph listened. He liked the driving beat but he could swear he could hear some talking when the music quieted. At the end, Ralph heard a soothing voice say, “Breathe deep and relax.” Ralph did, and would blank out for a few minutes. After a few weeks, Ralph grew stronger and he loved his spandex gear.
