I mash tofu and mix it with my oats to get some extra volume & protein and I’m literally obsessed with it, so tasty! Plus I add chia seeds for the good fats as well as volume. ☝ ~ Recipe: 20g oats 75g tofu 5g chia seeds 50g blueberries 10g cashew butter on top Mix oats, mashed tofu & chia seeds.
