A rare photo of Cliff Burton via a music networking friend of mine, James Heckman. His commentary:Today would be Cliff Burton’s 59th birthday. I took this picture January 12th 1985 when I had a front row ticket to see Metallica on the Ride The Lightning tour at The Tower Theatre in Upper Darby PA at the age of 15….met Cliff in the street after the show & got his autograph on the ticket stub….a year later he was killed in a bus accident at the age of 24….rest in peace Cliff….Note: I was given permission to share this here, so DO NOT repost unless you include credits. -- source link
