Jurassic Park was released in the US on this day 25 years ago (11th June 1993). It’s a film that’s ingrained in many people’s mind, including my own. It showed me the ability of cinema to do the impossible and introduced me to the work of a certain Mr. S. Spielberg for the very first time. It is not my favourite Spielberg film (in fact, I don’t even rank it in my top ten), but it’s the one that made the biggest impression on me.
