lucyhart-viscomm: Yokai Stationery For the desk space, I wanted the accessories to be Yokai inspired to draw it back to the theme more, plus it’s really fun designing everyday items but with a Yokai spin. The items shown are a Kappa pen pot, a Baku ring tree, a Jorogumo clock/light, and a Rokurokubi pen (with real neck stretching action). The more Yokai the player finds, the more accessories will be available to them, putting limits on the basic customisation they can do as well as encouraging them to go out and find more Yokai. Their general appearance, being fun and enjoyable, is one of the core aspects of Yokai themselves. Many are lighthearted and silly, often being satirical too, but still retain that fun nature. As being fun and lighthearted is a staple aspect of what I want my app to have, it’s a perfect combination. -- source link
