bootcollar: bootslave247: The guy in this photo brings back memories.Just a pair of Carhartt bib overalls and a pair of boots were the daily public uniform for it (i, bootslave247) in warm weather at the command of a former SIR in an earlier time. When the weather turned colder, then a Carhartt flannel shirt and socks were permitted. A red Carhartt union suit (its only underwear) and a winter Carhartt coat were permitted, too. When it was cold at night, it (i, bootslave247) was allowed to sleep wearing its boots and its pair of insulated Carhartt coveralls. (it slept then and still sleeps on the floor.)
