blackcubanv2:dustandvioletvelvet:foeyedcurls:17mul:randymusprime:“Do you have any idea how black you were being while walking!?!”lmsigThis is not fun. Me and two friends got pulled over one afternoon behind my college because we were walking around a nice neighborhood and looked “suspicious.” Some white lady kept following us in our mini van to keep track of where we were until the cops got there and all we were doing is literally strolling around the neighborhood that backed up to our schoolIf you see this situation don’t leave and probably record it to just in case4th Amendment People… Let’s learn and Utilize it!! If an officer interferes with Your Liberty to move about, he or she should first have a reasonable suspicion that you have been involved in a crime. You may ask “Do you suspect me of committing a crime?” “Am I being detained?” If the officer says No… Then you are free to leave. You DON’T have to talk/answer any questions. Plead the 5th or simply state “I don’t answer questions” You DON’T have to give your identification. -- source link
