[ID: a digital drawing of a blue-skinned tiefling sitting in a room that looks like its pretty close to just falling apart. one wall is stone, the other visible wall as well as the floor and ceiling is wood. the ceiling is held up by a couple of not very safe-looking beams. the furniture in the room is old wooden scavenged things, occasionally just boxes, and the window in the stone wall is mostly just a hole, covered partly up by a tattered fabric nailed to the ceiling. the tiefling is sitting cross-legged on a big wooden pallet, reading a book by candlelight and fiddling absent-mindedly with a dagger in one hand. there are books and torn out pages scattered across the room, one page stuck to a wooden beam with another dagger. on the wall next to the tiefling is what might pass for an old-timey poster of the planet of eberron and its many moons. leaning against a crate on the floor is a bow and arrow and an old well-worn backpack. /end ID] oh i never did post the full version of this, did i? now that this campaign doesn’t exist anymore and i dont have to squirrel away all my secrets i actually can! this is my tiefling rogue named Fortune, and their home in the absolutely shittiest parts of sharn. surrounded by a whole buncha stolen books and papers. on account of being a nerd and also a thief. this is a rogue whose highest skill is arcana (and they are not an arcane trickster), which i feel tells you probably most everything you need to know about them.  -- source link
