A deep squat, tightens up everything. goreanmann: If I could give just one peice of advice to all of my followers out there looking to make their bodyies sexier and bimboey’er it would be to learn how to do a proper barbell squat and do it safely. I kid you not. No single exercise will do as much for every single part of your body as a properly performed squat. But since I know that a lot of people cannot afford a trainer (saving up for new boob is expensive after all), and even if you can afford one, sadly not all trainers are created equal and as strange as it may sound there are even trainers out there who don’t know the straight dope on squats. So I wanted to provide a couple resources for everyone who is looking to make a better version of themselves, and wants to learn how to do a proper squat.
