mostly-history: A march celebrating Orthodox Easter in Moscow’s Red Square (May 1918).  This would be the last big Orthodox celebration in the city for over seven decades.  Patriarch Tikhon of Moscow is in the centre of the second photo.  He would be arrested by the Bolsheviks in 1922, but not executed, probably because of his great influence. -- source link
