Sorry for the absence y’all, my disabilities are getting harder and harder to deal with. The boy and I went for a tough 2 mile walk/hike. He loved it. Me? Not so much. Mr. Handsome’s getting in shape for weight pull training! Gonna wait till I can get his OFA elbow/hip ratings done, but in the meantime we’ll just focus on stamina and strength. If anyone wants to help us get his weight vest that would be the coolest ;P -- source link
