Beyond excited that @shredz @shredzforwomen chose to feature me! I hope to inspire others and show that it is possible to change your body! I started taking the #Shredz Alpha Female and recovery stack! I joined #planetfitness and started working out 5-6 days a week. I start my workout with 15 minutes of cardio (which I mostly spend on the stair master) and then hit various machines and lift weights for 1:30-2hrs! As a full time mother and Mentor at Aveda I have to make the time to get to the gym. I cut out a lot of junk food but I’m not going to say I haven’t splurged!! I make a point to eat healthy and eat more often, never letting yourself get to that feeling of super hungry is key! This is only the result of 30 days, I can’t wait to see what my body looks like in 60!! You can make this happen for yourself too with hard work and dedication!!
