Hello! My name is Alix Hagan and I’ve been curating the Design Center’s social media this semester. It’s been such a privilege to work alongside such beautiful pieces of history. For my final #WardrobeWedneday, I’d like to publicly share my excitement at getting to admire in person the replica of Grace Kelly’s wedding dress we have currently on display as part of the Design Center’s exhibit “The Swan: Grace Kelly and A Century of Bridal Fashion”. It truly is a work of art, and it continues to influence bridal design houses like Ersa Atelier today.
