Take a bracing walk along cliff tops with seabirds circling overhead, or make strides amongst rolling hills. Just add the #NTChallenge hashtag to your photos from today until Wednesday 2 January. Only photos uploaded to Instagram from now until Wednesday 2 January are eligible - any photo taken and tagged is eligible to be posted (along with the copy) on our Instagram channel and our other social channels; like Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr.
