From Mt. Parawagan, Montalban, PhilippinesThe rate at which subdivisions are being developed in my hometown is alarming. The population and traffic volume of Montalban increases insanely fast. More and more people from other cities and towns move into ours but there’s no improvement at all in our roads (and roads systems) which probably are even narrower than they were during the Spanish Era.
