pixel-cosmos: Just a quick reminder to all fans of Mercy out there that though she is an extremely quick learner she did not join OW at 17 as head of the medical unit and world renown surgeon. (As stated by lead writer above) In the end it only makes sense because in order for her to be at that level in her career at that age she would have studied for four years of college,four years of medical school, and residencies and fellowships that last between three and eight years.– She would have to start studying at 1-5 years old since OW discovered her after she made her name on her own as a surgeon. So one can see why that sounds a little ridiculous. I know we like to see Angela as this young hot thang but remember she is a respected woman of science who has worked a long time for her title. I even speculate that Angela is older than she says (But that’s a personal opinion based on real life examples so it’s hogwash in this conversation) -- source link
