Taming the Dragon.From the pages of Tite Kubo’s new series ‘Burn The Witch’, here is Noel Niihashi of the Wing Bind Pipers division of Reverse London. Here she is with her trusty dragoon steed Wordsworth, waiting for her next assignment, managing reverse London’s dragon problems.
