What do you do to keep your vibes up when you start to feel negative thoughts or emotions coming on? Generally I try to think about my dogs and other things I love and appreciate. Sometimes it’s food or a funny memory. Once I feel good emotions creep in I can take them and bask in them until my mind is no longer thinking on what caused my vibration to dip.
