Peaceful march in Bangui organized by the Magistrates in remembrance of Magistrate Bria killed by elements of the ex-Seleka on Saturday 16th of November 2013. The march was made unlawful by the Minister of Interior, Mr Binoua on November 21st, but the Magistrates decided to walk anyway.
