Heh, I know I’m a little late for the party on posting the new prequel covers that were made to revamp the old graphic novel. I apologize If someone has already put this together, my saved liked posts need a bit of cleaning up, it’s a little messy at the moment.Any hoot, these are the covers for all three movies; wonderfully illustrated in vibrant colors by Mike Mayhew. I didn’t post the cropped versions because I like the clean look of the pre-text canvas, plus the outside mess shows the artist’s labor. <3 This may or may not be his tumblr but I found two of the covers already posted on this account here: AOTC | ROTS. I just couldn’t find TPM so I opted to make my own post, but if you can, reblog from him instead and let him know how much you appreciate his work, if you do. I don’t want to be taking away views from him.Also, I saw just scrolling and admiring his other contributions to the Star Wars comic universe, which is quite prolific btw :) and saw this GORGEOUS painting of what he titled “Princess Amidala.” It’s just too beautiful and green paints are my absolute favorite. -- source link
