gibbzcrossing: Hey folks! It looks like the date/time has been officially set for the ACNL Prom, started by marina-village. So I thought I’d make a masterpost with all of the details and keep it updated as often as possible.When is this happening?First off, the ACNL prom has been set for May 15th and 16th at 7pm Central each day. To find out what time it’s happening in your current time zone, you can click here.Where is this happening?The event will be occuring in multiple towns simultaneously since there can only be 4 people in a town.There is no full theme set for the prom. This is to encourage as many towns to participate as possible. However, if you’d like to have a prom theme for your host town, go hard! This will help with offering a wide variety of host towns.Hosts are encouraged to use the #acnl prom host tag if they wish to host some prom-goers. Please include any applicable information in such posts (e.g. Dream Address, Friend Code, prom theme [if any]). Also make sure to have your ask boxes open for prom-goers.Do I have to bring a date?Nope! Dates are not a requirement at all for the event.However, if you want to bring a date, feel free! Just let your prom host know so they can add both you and your prom date’s friend codes.For those who would like a prom date, but don’t have one already, there’s a form that has been set up by acnl-prom-matchmaker; just fill out the form and submit it to matchmaker’s ask box.Where can I find more information?Additional information regarding the event will be posted in the #acnl prom tag. It’s also encouraged you follow marina-village as she’ll be posting more information as the event develops.I hope this post can help all of you guys out.
