But your hips will thank you for it in the long run for doing these, along with other stretching exercises to increase mobility all around The program as I said earlier was nothing but squats and walking lunges 10x5x90kg Barbell squats 20 Steps with 30kg walking lunges 25 mins uphill walking on the treadmill So only two exercises?
