The thought that one’s creative efforts are used by another without giving proper credit burns me up completely. I have said it before and I will say it again. If it is not yours and you know who created the art (prose, dance, photo, painting, etc) and you decide to post/use it without giving credit you are stealing from them. When they tell you that it is their BLOOD SWEAT TEARS AND HEART that they poured into that work credit them or take it down. In this, the world of cyber everything, it is easy to just “take” another's intellectual property and not give credit for it. Just give credit for the work that the artist put into their work. He is Gentleman, and is saying it nicely. Now, If anyone would like to know HOW to watermark their photos, let me know privately. I have the ability to do so and can show you how easily. I only wish I could do the same for my written prose. Credit the work if you know to whom it belongs! Thus ends the lesson… *huge kisses to my friends who have had this happen to them. as an artist, I know how it feels and Karma is a bitch I believe in fully* gentlemanpervert: It is rather ungentlemanly to blog someone’s self-pic, their own creation, directly and without attribution, as ravenskink has. For shame. I guess I need to start using a watermark.ravenskink:via 26.media.tumblr.com -- source link
