G. Gordon Liddy (right), handcuffed and in the custody of a U.S.Marshal, arrives at the Criminal Courts Building in Los Angeles to beassigned an attorney by the court (September 25th, 1973). He faced charges connected to the break-in of the office of DanielEllsberg’s psychiatrist. Liddy was eventually convicted of burglary,conspiracy, and refusal to testify to the Senate committeeinvestigating Watergate. He spent nearly two years and four monthsin prison. -- source link
