You have to be a member of both DeviantArt and the group to participate. DeviantART is free to join and RR signups start November 8th and run till December 1st.Keep in mind that we have a VERY SMALL WINDOW OF TIME to do your art this year so if you cannot complete your art in less than one months time, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN.
