I am reblogging this because I see this not as a form of punishment but as a form of centering the submissive. When I use the word centering I am talking about the idea of bringing the submissive into a submissive head space in which to better serve and represent the dominant. I find that being physically brought down to a level like this allows me to focus on my actions and what my Sir expects of me. The first/last time something like this happened to me was when we visited the local Dungeon. Sir, Miss and I had not been in so long and I was incredibly hyper due to the fact that I was so happy.
