[ArtSnacks Challenge for January 2017] So, neon is not my style . Took me a few tries to come up with an idea that worked with the colors, but I like my silly little fish. Supplies: Kuretake Zig Art & Graphic Twin RB+F in Persian Blue ( favorite item), GOLDEN High Flow Acrylic Paints in Florescent Chartreuse and Florescent Orange, Koh-i-noor Magnum Black Star Pencil in HB, and Snap!
